In daily operation the gapless availability of your digital systems is essential for the success at the POS and POI. Our operating and support management offers you the choice between different service levels: “Basic”, “Premium” and “Advanced”, “7 Days advanced”. Thus you will receive exactly the service need for your installation. Additionally, you also have the option to enter into an individual service contract (SLA) with us.
- Technical operation with permanent monitoring, remote examination and diagnosis of the player systems
- Technical hotline: Available on five working days per week, guaranteed response times, classification of the sources of error and introduction of remedial measures
